Sign up for the Firstbuy service and AVA will automatically send the latest new tracks to your Quickey as soon as they are available. With a range of billing options and a choice of manufacturers offering versions of the latest popular tracks you will have no problem keeping ahead of the competition in offering the latest hits to your customers.
Choose from Mr Entertainer's Monthly hits, Sunfly Hits (incl. bundled Most Wanted) or All new releases.

Advanced Service plan

speedy swap-out service
Quickey has been designed for reliability but everyone knows faults can still happen and by default a standard 1 year return to base guarantee is provided with every system. With this service plan if the worst happens and your Quickey suffers a problem AVA will send out a replacement Quickey pre-loaded with your tracks by courier to swap for the faulty system to minimise your downtime.

System Updates
Quickey is a flexible system and over time AVA will release significant updates which will enhance the system giving access to new features and benefits without need for any hardware changes. Any upgrades released during the duration of your service plan will be made available to you at no extra cost.

Upgrade buy back option
A core goal of AVA is to innovate and improve Karaoke for everyone using cutting edge technologies; the relentless march of technolgy means it is inevitable that in the future systems even better than Quickey will be released. You will have the option to trade your current system for a significant discount on a newer system from AVA and we'll even move all of your tracks over for you too.

To aid the transition for professionals with established disc collections AVA can offer this service.
