OkiSoftLandings 

Our speedy swap-out service  plan.  Oki is designed for reliability but everyone knows faults and accidents can still happen - by default a standard 1 year return to base guarantee is provided with every system. With the optional SoftLandings service plan, if the worst happens and your Oki suffers a problem we will send out a replacement pre-loaded with your tracks by courier to swap for the faulty system to minimise your downtime.

OkiAutoUpdate

Oki is a flexible system and we continually innovate and release significant, feature-rich updates which enhance the system. This is carried out via any broadband internet connection, giving access to new crowd-pleasing features and benefits without need for hardware changes. Any upgrades released during the duration of your service plan are made available to you at no extra cost.

OkiTimeMachine 

As you will know by now, one of our core goals is to innovate and improve Karaoke for everyone, using cutting edge technologies - the relentless march of technology means it is inevitable that we will release even better systems than Oki over time. Upgrade to ‘TimeMachine’ and you have the option to trade your current system for a significant discount on a newer system and we'll even move all of your tracks over for you.
